Tony Bradley, Inroads Tutor/Course Support Worker

My job is to write and deliver short training courses, and to help, support and encourage young people attending our courses. I also make tea for everyone. The reason I love my job so much is that I get to work with so many interesting and talented young people (instead of the boring business men and women I spent 20 years working with before).
I went to school in Huddersfield and to college in Liverpool, but that was a long time ago! In 2004, I went back to school for my teaching qualifications at Leeds Uni and Huddersfield Tech. You see, it's never too late to learn new things.

Charmaine Stanislaus, Inroads Personal Adviser/IAG Worker

My job is to deliver advice and guidance to 16-30 year olds based on Education Employment or Training. A lot of young people are unsure about what they want to do, my advice to them is to think of a job that you would do for free if money did not exist and start from there.

Favourite music: Too many artists to mention but I love Robin Thicke at the moment!
